To add a new invoice please
1. click + ADD as shown below.
2. Select your customer or chose the + to create a new customer record
3. To complete the invoice for your customer please:
- Enter the date of the invoice, this must fall within the tax year, as shown in top left hand corner of the screen.
- Check and update the invoice reference, please note this must be unique.
- In description enter details of the goods/services sold to your customer, this description appears on the invoice.
- Enter the amount.
- If you have already received full or part payment of the invoice please enter the amounts paid in the 'AMOUNT PAID' box.
If you wish to send an itemised invoice with multiple lines please use the ADD LINE button.
When you are happy please then save
