How do I permanently delete my GoSimpleTax account and data (not recommended)

It is possible for your account and data to be deleted. The support team can take care of this for you.

Before you proceed, if you have made any tax return submissions please make sure you have copies of the SA100 PDF for your records. These can be downloaded from SETTINGS > SUBMISSION HISTORY.

Before we can do this can you please log in to GoSimpleTax and cancel your account. To do this please:

1. Click 'SETTINGS' located at the top of the screen

3. Click 'DELETE ACCOUNT'

4. Email support@gosimpletax.com and confirm that you want your data deleting the team will then delete your data and confirm when done within 14 days of your request.
