SA106: How do I enter Foreign life insurance gains?
To enter foreign life insurance gains on your tax return follow these steps:

2. Locate the new page 'Foreign Income (SA106)'
3. Click on SELECT to add this page to your tax return
4. Check the questions on this page and answer if relevant then click on SAVE
5. On the SA106 page, locate the Income section…
7. From the dropdown menu select 'Other overseas income and gains'
8. Locate the correct field and enter the Gain on your Foreign life insurance policy...
9. Then enter the number of years of the policy...
11. These are the entries required so no click on SAVE
