How do I get a tax overview for my mortgage application ?

The tax overview can only be provided by the HMRC. This is usually requested in addition to your SA302 tax calculation to support a mortgage application.

You can download your HMRC Tax Overview:


  1. Login into your HMRC personal tax account
  2. Select View Account on the left hand menu
  3. Click Tax Years on the left hand menu
  4. Choose the required Tax Year from the drop down menu and hit Go
  5. Click ‘Print Your Tax Year Overview’
