How Do I Manage VAT100 Excel Template With My Existing Excel Spreadsheet.

Please find attached a copy of our VAT100 excel template for adding to your existing excel bookkeeping records.

Please copy the attached to a new tab on your spreadsheet and then map your calculation so that boxes 1 - 9 are populated automatically. Please note that during the HMRC 'Soft Landing' period you can manually type the values in boxes 1 - 9 but this period ends on 31 March 2020.

Once added and updated you need to save this calculation page as a separate excel spreadsheet for uploading to GoSimpleVAT and then onward to HMRC.

1. Right click the VAT calc tab and choose the MOVE/COPY function.



2. Select NEW BOOK and tick MAKE A COPY



3. This will create a single page copy of the VAT calculation for you to save on your desk top,
