How do I update my subscription details?

  1. Firstly, you need to log in to your GoSimpleTax account.
  2. Once on the home page click 'Settings' to update your details.
  3. Now click on 'Subscription detail' this will take you to see your subscription.
  4. When you can see your subscription details click on 'GoSimpleTax' this is where you can see your details.
  5. Click on 'Modify' to update your card details by entering the relevant information.
  6. Once completed click 'Update card'.
  7. Now you are all finished and your card details have been updated.
