SA100 : I have submitted my tax return to HMRC but it is not showing on the HMRC website.

When the tax return is submitted electronically it can take HMRC 72 working hours to update your HMRC online account to show the submission. When HMRC update your account it will show the correct date of submission and any taxes due will also be shown on your account.

If your account has not been updated correctly you will need to contact the HMRC Online Services Help Desk in the first instance. Details on how to contact them can be found here

Have your HMRC Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number with you when you call and your Correlation ID you can find this in GoSimpleTax via SETTINGS > SUBMISSION HISTORY
