• Click on Add New Page (Ignore if you already have the Pensions & Benefits page)

 

 

• Select Pensions and Benefits

 

 

 

• Select Add Income
  

 

 

• Choose Other Taxable State Pensions or Benefits from the drop-down list

• Enter the Amount for Box 16
