SA101 Ai3 Box 11: How do I show that I want my spouse or civil partner to have my surplus allowance?

To show that you want your spouse or civil partner to have your surplus allowance, please follow the steps below:

  • Go into the Personal Details Page:


  1. Complete the Marital Status and Date of Marriage Boxes:


  1. Tick that you intend to make the claim and then enter your spouse/civil partner's name:

  1. Then enter the Date of Birth:

  1. Next come out of the Personal Details page and click SAVE and CONTINUE:


  1. Then click YES:

  1. Once you get to the ALMOST THERE page, scroll down until you see the questions below:
