SA103F Box 61: How do I populate box 61 to show the Total additions to net profit or deductions from net loss (box 46 + box 59 + box 60)

Box 61 gets populated automatically based on your entries in boxes 46, 59 and 60. To populate these boxes, please see our other articles. 

  1. If you have not added the Self Employed page already, please click on + NEW PAGE on the left of the screen.


  1. Select Self Employment (SA103) from the list shown:

  1. Click on the + GROUP button in the Expenses section:



  1. Select the relevant category from the list shown i.e.  Equipment (Capital Allowances):


  1. Then click on the + ADD button and select the relevant category from the list:

  1. Once you have selected the relevant category, click on the PEN icon:


  1. Then complete the relevant boxes in that page:
