SA103s Box 25.1: How do I claim the Structures and Buildings Allowance?
To claim the Structures and Buildings Allowance, please follow the steps below:
- If you have not added the Self Employed page already, please click on + NEW PAGE on the left of the screen.
- Select Self Employment (SA103) from the list shown:
- Click on the + GROUP button in the Expenses section:
- Select Rent, rates, power and insurance costs from the list shown:
- Then click on the + ADD button and select Structured Building Allowance from the list:
- Once you have selected the relevant category, click on the PEN icon:
- Then complete the relevant boxes in that page:
