1. Click on '+ NEW PAGE' located on the left hand side of the screen, then click 'SELECT' for 'Investments, Interest & Dividends (SA100 & SA101)'



2. Click 'SAVE'

3. Once the page has been created, click '+ INCOME' located on the right hand side of the screen. Then, choose 'Other UK Income' from the drop-down list of categories.



4. Fill in all of the required boxes
