SA103F Box 46: How do I populate Box 46 to show my total disallowable expenses?

Box 46 gets populated automatically based on your entries in boxes 32 to 45.

To show your business expenses and the disallowable element, please follow the steps below:

  1. If you have not added the Self Employed page already, please click on + NEW PAGE on the left of the screen.


  1. Select Self Employment (SA103) from the list shown:

  1. Click on the + GROUP button in the Expenses section:



  1. Select the relevant category from the list shown. For example - 'Other allowable business expenses':


  1. Once that has been added, click on the + ADD button:



  1. Select the relevant category from the list shown i.e. Other Business Expenses:


  1. Enter the figure in the box shown below:
