Tax return stuck on the upload page
If you are trying to submit your tax return but you are stuck on the upload screen for more than 10 minutes please email support@gosimpletax.com.
The team will then take a look at your submission and check everything is OK. Please also check that you have allowed access to your data in SETTINGS>MANAGE PREFERENCES.
