Our support team are available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm UK time.

We have a number of help articles that can be found at https://support.gosimpletax.com/  however, if you need to contact support please raise a ticket via the support area or email support@gosimpletax.com

Should you have questions regarding your subscription or payments made to Gosimpletax please email accounts@gosimpletax.com

We will acknowledge the receipt of your support request immediately. One of the team will then respond to the support request as soon as possible.  We aim to respond within 1 working day, however most replies are sent within 3 working hours. Please note that all support is via email only, we do not offer telephone support.

We would request that you only send in one support request per issue, sending in multiple emails for the same issue can cause delays dealing with all support tickets.

Outside of working hours you can log into your account and use the support bubble to submit a request. This may put you through to our AI bot, CoCo, who should be able to assist you, however, it is still in training so do not assume everything stated is correct and we suggest you do your own research around the answer it gives.
